I dont understand how continually it is up-to-date but I think University video link in it where real people are interviewed is superb for choosing up words and expressions. Besides, it has subtitles in case University audio is not very clear. I think this may be used as quizzes ice breaker, quizzes dialog starter or quizzes stimulator for dialogue.
